She has worked at Compass Group, Sodexo, and Aramark, specializing in Higher Education and the K-12 space. At Genuine Foods, Katy leverages her insight into the industry and its competitive landscape to promote Genuine Foods' value proposition.

    Over the past 15 years, Mathew has a proven track record in culinary management, financials, and overall leadership in all aspects of contract food service. IMatthew is a creative problem solver with the ability to create a change-oriented workplace, increase revenue pipelines and operationally efficiencies. Previously Matthew held positions as System Executive Chef, Regional Executive Chef and System Director of Operations within contract food service.

    Bob joins the Genuine team after a decade of experience in contract foodservice. He also brings years of operations management experience with multiple universities to assist partners in developing exceptional, profitable dining programs. As a registered dietitian, food and nutrition are both Bob’s passion and a hobby as he works to innovate and change the paradigm of the higher-education dining experience.
